You're right.  Even here on the cob list, I won't mince words.  WORKSHOP.

Though I do have some friends in my inspections department.  They're
somewhat at a loss.  It's a weird situation... but I don't want to put them
in a strange place either.

On paper, approved, it's a workshop with a shower, bathroom and
kitcheonette, which they're ok with for now.  Go figure.
