[Cob] "workshop" living (Damon Howell)

I've seen 11.5'x11.5' living units in N Carolina, my understanding is 
that it is perfectly legal to live in any such structure even tho it 
has not been blessed by code officials, that is the point of building 
under the limit of where building codes apply

So there is probably no need to be coy or not about the title, for 
once the way you live is up to you.
And yes if I had the chance to move to NC I'd like to do one or two too....
