[Cob] R value of cob (and compression load!)

This was fascinating, thanks so much for posting it to the list.  I also
wanted to thank you for posting your compression load test!  Interesting
stuff.  I'm sure that's going to be somewhat variable everywhere to
everyone's cob mix, but it's great to have even a baseline number to refer
to.  It came up in my recent talks with NC inspectors...
