[Cob] over oiled floor

We had the same problem when we re-oiled a floor after about eighteen
months of use. 

Ended up putting multiple layers of newspaper down on the floor and
walking on it as we normally would. The newspaper soaked up some of the
excess oil and the rest eventually dried out.

The floor is fine now, but it took several weeks.

Next time we re-oil i think i will thin down the oil. Not sure by how
much, maybe someone could give some advice on this.
