[Cob] Rubble Rock Trench Foundation

Yayyy! Nabil has agreed to a rubble rock trench foundation with concrete
mortar and rebar! He has also agreed to heartwood of Juniper for the top of
the walls! I will use heartwood of Juniper for framing and the roof as well
(with metal roofing over that).

This ensures there will be nothing in the way of building at Stone Haven
starting at the end of April or beginning of May, whenever the snow has
melted enough. I will rent an excavator and dig up everything, including
the foundation area. I'll be building a ramp to the top so the truck can be
backed up to the house site. All rocks for the foundation will be moved to
the top with the excavator.

As I mentioned, I'll use the roto tiller method to mix 1000 lbs per hour.
Hard labor will be minimal so we can focus on the building integrity and
shape.
