paranoia & fear solve nothing
-the code is just a tool
-the reason a crappy greed driven code gets in power is because somebody with
that type of motivation writs it
-if we take the proverbial bull by the horns & create a code that does what WE
WANT then it will happen
-design a good tool (read code) & it will serve us all well

IT CAN HAPPEN
the project has already been designed
-all it needs is funding
-paranoia & fear solve nothing
