Wayne, thank you for the reality check, but on the other hand, i don't think you addressed the environmental impact of concrete. If it gases off radon, if it incorporates toxic materials into its mix, if it requires heat which is disruptive to the environment, it doesn't sound worth it to me. (un)leash
