Thank you all so much!

I am always exclaiming to anyone who will stand still long enough how great 
the internet is, how it is filled with wonderful and smart and generous 
people, as has been my almost perfectly consistent experience for the past 
7 years.  Once again, the perception is proven justified.

I really appreciate all of you who took the time to give me advice, on 
everything from building to my diet, all is welcome and useful.  Thanks!
