Cob: where in the US for cob

The Maine Solar House (http://www.solarhouse.com/) is 100% solar
on the south coast of Maine.

If they can do it in a nothern region well known for inclement weather,
then really any site with good southern exposure in the continental US
and a proper house design could be made to work.
