hi all 
some may find this interesting         The first and second international 
conference for conservation of earthen monuments were arranged and held in 
the city of Yazd-Iran in 1971 and 1976. The followings are the name  of some 
of the participant countries in which the next conference were held: Turkey, 
Paru, New Mexico-USA, Portegual and Great Britain. Now in the passage of 
three decades, once again Iran is taking part as the host country to hold the 
ninth conference in the year 2003.
