Cob: llime over concrete

I agree with Charmaine.  Lime can be applied over concrete.  I read a 
bit about it last night.   It did state however, to watch out for 1.) 
too rough an underlayer to cover, and 2.) a too smooth of a concrete 
surface to cover.
