Cob: living roof and other questions

Hi all,

- Any ideas of the maximum pitch/slope for a living roof?
- Has anyone built a double wall yet with insulating middle? What
insulating materials did you use? air? How has it worked?
- Anyone built partial earth bags/cob hybrid?
- Anyone built partial underground (2-3 feet) in semi-desert northern climate?
