Cob: BASIN site, CRATerre and points beyond

Brad's right, the BASIN site is wonderful--it includes CRATerre and another 
8 organizations.  And the search engine, once you figure out how it works, 
WORKS pretty well.  Even if it didn't immediately get me what I wanted to 
know.
