Cob: Coblist software change

I am about to change the coblist over to a new software package, when I do
everyone will receive the usual list greeting message, at the end of this
message will be a password and web page links in case you want to change
your list settings.  You will need the password in order to unsubscribe or
make any other changes in the future.  If you lose or forget your
password, a link on the web page will allow you to send a copy of the
password to your email address.  Some options that you will be able
to set:

   Change your account to digest mode

   Disable receiving copies of emails that you send to the list

   Disable receiving emails from the list

For those of you who wish to receive your list emails at one address, but
send them from another address, you can subscribe two email addresses to
the coblist, then set one of them to disable receiving emails from the
list, this way either address can send messages to the list, but only the
one you leave enabled will receive the messages.

NOTE: In the future, I plan to stop manually approving messages submitted
from email addresses which aren't subscribed to the list, so if you use
multiple email addresses, you will need to subscribe all of them and
disable receiving messages from the coblist on the appropriate addresses.
