Becky Bee has a nice book also.  I've got both Ianto's
and Becky's and found them both very valuable.
Also, do some web searches on the subject and read
everything you can (including past postings on this
list).  Then jump in feet first and have fun. 
I started out with a small outbuilding first (a
chicken coop/greenhouse/garden storage combo).  I
think it took the first building to convince my hubby
that I hadn't gone completely crazy.
We're building our cob home now.
