[Cob] Friends of Cob:Washington, DC

        Friends of Cob has it's first project in the Washington, DC area. It 
is a children's play house at Green Spring Gardens Park. I have been unable to 
send the details to the coblist because the software program keeps rejecting 
my letter as Spam. If you think you would be interested in helping out please
