[Cob] hanging pictures and decorations on cob

An alternative would be to hang them by wire from the ceiling.  In 
older homes, I think especially victorians, this was the common 
practice.  You would then have more creativity in height placements 
and such.  Depending on your ceiling material, this may something 
workable.
