Guy,
I would be very hesitant to put any pressurized water
pipe in a cob wall.  If the pipe leaks, you could have
a catastrophic failure.  For that reason also, I
wouldn't put pressurized water pipe under a poured
slab.  a leak in the pipe could, at best, be a very
expensive repair, at worst it could undermine your
foundations.
