[Cob] humidity

I'm wondering if there are any cob house owners on the list who live in
eastern Kansas... I hate air conditioning. I've heard that cob can moderate
humidity... not sure they mean KANSAS humitity. Is there anyone who lives in
a cob house in eastern Kanas, and could you do without an air conditioner?
