[Cob] no building code areas

I want to thank you very much for this information.
I was getting sick hearing how there is so many obstacles for what I know
for a fact is what most people need. A home that does not fall a part in
twenty years.

I did wonder if somone did know of plans which are drawn up in England of
cob cottages that do meet the International Residental Codes. There must be.

If we are wise we will encourage people to replace those code experts in our
counties with those who will ensure safe regualtions but not to be so stupid
to suggest that for a new york minute we should continue to build wastefull
and unhealty homes that are killing us and go to what is common sense.

I am freezeing to death in a brick home. One day when I win the lottery I
will build a cob home with the thermal heat in the floors or walls.

I wonder if we should as a group put in for a lottery and help the hobbit
people or those on this list ha ha. I throw away good money each day on
heating cost that go straight out of the windows.
