That makes a lot more sense to me now. Would the reason they said I need an engineer's seal be becau=
se they have no building code or information on building with earthen/straw bale type structures=
=3F 

If that is the case I just found these yesterday which are from the International Code Council (ICC)=
 who produce International Building Code (IBC) which most county building officals go by.

My question now is if they have this building code that they can follow from someone they already fo=
