[Cob] Best place for Cob

I'm thinking about relocating out of the code-ridden east coast somewhere
more rural, and code-free.

I've found the code map posted in the archives, but I'm wondering about the
best climate for cob building.

Has anyone built in Missouri? Is the level of humidity there too high for a
comfortable cob house?

How about Oklahoma?
