[Cob] Tankless H2O heaterBryan bryantree at gmail.comWed Oct 22 15:23:47 PDT 2008
I use tankless water heaters in my rentals and have been very happy except one thing - I had a unit burn out becuase I did not pay attention to a tiny line fo detail in the installation guide that was about the hardness of the water. make sure you test the hardness and get a water softener if needed. They are not covered by warrenty if this is the reason they break. - it clogs inside then leaks with hard water.
