Hello there, Chris Reinhart! I recently moved to Muncie from the East Coast.
It's a bit of an armpit (no offense to Muncievites). I was wondering what
the building codes are regarding cob in your area - despite much time doing
research, I can't get any definitive answers from anyone in Delaware county.
