[Cob] Thermal Mass

So, if Thermal Mass is only effective where there are major outdoor
temperature swings during a 24 hour period, what explains the actual
comfort level of Ianto's first cob structure? What explains the
comfort level of all the cob structures in England and Wales? Or do
people in England and Wales have a different definition of "comfort"
than we on the other side of an ocean and a continent?
