[Cob] Cold weather cobbing

I cob in Bulgaria where the temperatures fall below -10 very often during the winter. We have cobbed all winter long. Of course certain things must be prepared in advance but we found that using hot water in the mix and having the wood stove going, even if outside, helps. Is your bench inside or outside?
