The book "The Passive Solar House" by James Kachadorian describes
a slab floor system that uses thermal mass and air convection to
cool & heat the house, rather than the in-wall convection system
the Enertia folks seem to use.

I don't know anything about the Enertia system other than what
your email linked to, but I suspect a system like the "Solar Slab"
that Kachadorian has successfully built into dozens of homes would
be much simpler to integrate with cob building.
