[Cob] Sand

Concrete sand will probably vary somewhat depending on where you buy it,
but it does make good cob.  You may want to give your feet some recovery
time and only mix one day out of every two or three until your feet have
toughened up quite a bit, or you could increase the clay/soil content of
the mix, which might decrease the quality of the mix (though it normally
shouldn't be a problem) but will definitely help to reduce the wear and
tear on your feet.
